Once the design has been determined and set, then our in-house team of fabricators gets to work and begins the fabricating part of the process. The time it takes to complete the fabrication is dependant on the size and scope of the project. Once completed, power coating is the next step. This can take up to 10 days to be executed properly. The purpose of powder coating is to protect the metal and give it a durable finish.

Once the powder coating is completed, then the welders and installing team deliver the finished metal stairs to the site of installation. They’ll ensure that the stairs are securely in place, totally functional, and that you’re satisfied, before they leave.
